Ways to Give

Give Online by Credit Card

Online credit card gifts are encouraged and may be made on September 18 between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. through this website. You will have the opportunity to support multiple charities with one credit card transaction.

Give by Check

We encourage credit card contributions but recognize that some donors are more comfortable giving by check. Checks should be made payable to “WCCF” and mailed directly to the Foundation at:

When you mail your check, please include a completed WCCF Gives Check Contribution Form which will be made available in June.

If you are supporting multiple charities, you may do so with a single check. Check contributions postmarked on or before the online giving event will be eligible for the bonus pool.

Give from an IRA

Donors who are subject to a Required Minimum Distribution from an IRA may choose to have their plan provider issue a check directly to the Washington County Community Foundation for WCCF Gives. Multiple charities may be supported with one transfer.

An IRA Charitable Transfer may take time to process, so donors are encouraged to contact their plan provider in early September or sooner. For assistance regarding IRA Charitable Transfers please contact the WCCF at 724-222-6330.
