Why am I not listed as a participating charity?
Your charity may not have registered for WCCF Gives, or they may not have completed all of the necessary paperwork for participation. We encourage you to contact the charity and ask them to register for the next giving event!

The preliminary results will be available right after the giving event concludes on September 18. However, the final amounts will be available a few weeks after the event once all checks and payments are processed.

Charities will receive their WCCF Gives grants in the fourth quarter of the year, after all contributions are processed and final numbers are calculated.

Yes, you will receive a detailed donor report from the Washington County Community Foundation after the final grants are distributed. Anonymous donors will be listed as such.

Gifts postmarked by the deadline of September 18 will still be included in the event.
Is there a minimum donation?
The minimum donation to participate in WCCF Gives is $25 per charity.

There is no maximum donation, but you may need to inform your credit card provider if you're making a very large contribution.

WCCF Gives accepts credit card contributions, checks, and IRA charitable transfers. Cash gifts are not accepted.

GiveGab/Bonterra offers a full portfolio of simple and easy to use products that allows organizations to function in a more streamlined manner.

GiveGab/Bonterra retains a 3.5% platform fee, a 2.5% credit card processing fee, and a $0.30 flat credit card fee. These fees apply only to donations made via credit card. Encouraging donors to cover these fees or explore alternative payment methods, such as IRA charitable transfers or checks, can help maximize their impact.
