Mission

Our mission at Citizens Library is to provide the resources to enrich, inform, and educate the public.

Programs and Services

  • Check out books, DVDs, magazines, audiobooks, eBooks, eAudiobooks, and more for FREE with your Library Card.
  • Educational Library programs for Adults, Teens (Young Adults), and Children.
  • Dorothea and Henry H. Hood Local History Center (Genealogy books, Microfilm, and Databases: Ancestry.com & Heritage Quest).
  • FREE Online Language Learning Software (Mango Languages): over 60 languages available, including ESL (English as a second language). FREE online courses available through Gale Courses; hundreds of courses for professional and career development, computer skills, and personal enrichment.
